Nam Nguyen began his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey in 2016 and views the sport as a highly creative endeavour. As a brown belt, he approaches both learning and teaching conceptually, focusing on the underlying principles that make techniques effective. Nam encourages students to explore and develop their unique style, helping them tap into their creativity on the mats.

His goal as a coach is to guide students in building confidence, adaptability, and a lifelong passion for the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
